Billy's At The Beach

came here for lunch with a friend. Everyone we met was polite and professional, from Valet to the waitress. We were immediately led to a terrace table overlooking the port, where customers rose by boat. Fun people watching. Order the Calamari Appetizer. Absolutely delicious, but it comes with a warning. We found the sauce too hot to eat, so we asked one side of the ranch dressing to mix with the sauce. Even the waitress admitted, the sauce is very sharp! The ranch was added. We had the California Style Burger with Swiss cheese, Bacon and avocado. Presentation was 10 stars, taste was wonderful. Prepare our meal with a piece of Key Lime Pie. Billy's is a established Newport Beach restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal, Mai Tai cocktails, and waterfront views. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists, offering a balanced mix of clientele. While the prices for food and drinks can be on the higher side, the happy hour from 3pm to 6pm is a great deal. The people watching and views are definitely worth experiencing when visiting Newport. The staff has always been friendly to us, which is why Billy's is a favorite of ours.

Billy’s was a little more upscale than I had anticipated, the food was good the service was ok the waiter forgot a few things. The patio out on the water is nice but if your in shorts and a shirt it gets cool when the sun is setting.

The restaurant had parking available for boats. The food and service were excellent. There is both an indoor and outdoor bar, as well as outdoor seating for meals. Additionally, they offer a brunch menu.

The fish and chips were so good. I'll order again. And the Mai Tai was refreshing. The atmosphere and service were great!
