Came here for lunch with a friend. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, from the parking valet to the waitress. We were led immediately to a patio table overlooking the dock where customers pull up by boat. Fun people watching. Ordered the Calamari appetizer. Absolutely delicious but it comes with a warning. We found the sauce too hot to eat, so we asked for a side of ranch dressing to mix with the sauce. Even the waitress admitted the sauce is very spicy! Adding the Ranch worked. We had the California Style Burger with Swiss Cheese, Bacon, and Avocado. Presentation was 10 stars, taste was wonderful. Finished our meal with a slice of Key Lime Pie. Absolutely loved this place! With a family member in the hospital, we wanted a peaceful spot to take our minds off the surgery. Billy's At The Beach offered a calm atmosphere with beautiful views. Perry, our waitress, was incredibly kind. We enjoyed both the calamari and crab cakes—they were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!
I came for happy hour. the calamari was very good and the kimchi dipping sauce spicy! (good) the chips and salsa not so good. the chips had an odd flavor and so did the salsa. the blue Hawaiian drink was delicious. the staff was friendly and the valet parking out front was easy.
Billy’s was a little more upscale than I had anticipated, the food was good the service was ok the waiter forgot a few things. The patio out on the water is nice but if your in shorts and a shirt it gets cool when the sun is setting.

The hosts were very friendly and seated us quickly. Our server was attentive, and both the drinks and food were excellent. The halibut was incredibly delicious. The server definitely enhanced our experience.
Billy?s was pretty good, a little pricey for the quality but you?re paying for the atmosphere. Overall recommend for a chill date spot, or a good hangout. Coconut shrimp were bomb, and the tacos were solid.
Billy's At The Beach boasts beautiful views of the harbor and city skyline. The servings are ample, and the dishes are tasty, though not outstanding. Valet parking is offered for $9.
