Customer service very 'hit n miss ' from 'disorganised, rude and irractic '; staff more concerned having personal conversations, leaving you waiting than focus on customer service/delivery- that being said 'fish is good ', yet sadly the 'hit miss ' experience leaves one feeling an 'inconvenience '.As a regular- turned up recently one Sunday- closed, no sign, no notice, no apology.In this current climate that 's all it takes for customers to look elsewhere and you 're reputation questioned.In summary- increase focus customer service experience/satisfaction/organisation/consistency.You serve a 'decent product ' but more is needed if you wish to keep customers 'loyal ', with a 'genuine desire t...
