Food price is based on quality and if you want good quality this is top notch! I’m telling you that you will never be disappointed here. I started off by devouring 12 oysters (pro tip: ask for an extra lemon slice or two and add it to the sauce they serve the oysters with, and add a drop or two of Tabasco for every oyster. Your taste buds will explode with flavour. The spring salad with peaches was a nice light dish and to finish I shared a 2 piece fish and chip. Lemme tell you the fish is unreal. Waited 5-8 minutes for someone who even saw me standing in the entrance. Once a visibly annoyed person has stopped going lazily and I have a : What? I asked for an order. She told me they didn't take out the night, the kitchen was too busy. There were only 3 couples in the restaurant and it was almost 8 o'clock. Superb lobster rolls. I always make a point to stop when I visited the people in NB. Warm and accommodating staff (as single diner it may sometimes be unpleasant, but Billy's makes you feel you are an old friend and the client you can say comes here for this confidentiality) Your best choice in Uptown for a real seafood festival.
