Funky vibe, great spot for drinks. When I went for dinner though, they were out of guacamole, which would have been my principal source of nutriment (ok ok, besides beer and chips) that evening. There's cheese in about everything. Hey, that's Tex-Mex for you--but for a vegan, the modified meal you'll have to order might not hit the spot. They had two vegan items on the menu, which I would have been excited about years ago. But I think is another listing of a classic, cool Capitol Hill restaurant that's not that V friendly, and diluting up the Happy Cow directory.
my man and I came here, because everything that was 100% vegan was closed against. it was a cool restaurant and very vegan friendly! we have the chicken nachos and chicken taco and beef taco... the tacos were the length of my flag finger. teeniestest tacos ever! but they were delicious. my nachos were a good part, but not much taste. the tacos came to happiness with buzzing and tears (the two were the most delicious I ever had) so that we threw them into the nachos and it made them so much better!
I've been going to Bimbos/Cha cha for decades (not always for eating) and it's nice to see that they offer a dedicated page for vegan eating. they expanded their options to do it! it is not the best eating at all, but it is quite expensive and they have a decent happy hour as well. it is a bar, so no children and that limits their drinks options if they do not want alcohol.
We sought this place out based on the Happy Cow reviews. Unfortunately, nothing I saw on the site mentioned you must be 21 to eat here. The place may be great, but since we had our 18-year-old daughter with us we never found out. Server was very helpful though in recommending other spots.

I love afteros before I became vegan, so I came for only that. the afteros with “beef”. if they are not fan of seasoning, I advise them to get it without jalapeños. they were very spicy and made the meal somehow unpleasant. Except that the nachos were delicious!
Our bartender on a Monday night was working a full bar by himself but he still took excellent care of us. Our drinks were really great and we will definitely be back. I was impressed by the service on a busy night in Seattle.
I got the vegan burrito with buffalo tempeh. It was really delicious though it didn’t taste like buffalo sauce at all, that’s my only complaint, their buffalo sauce could be better. Other than that all so good!
visit the city of portland or, stop them to listen to live music at different places, but we needed a vegan friendly place to eat something. this place was fast and had several vegan options.

Really nice place with vegan options. I had the vegan burrito with the vegan 'chicken ' and it was very tasty. The staff was very friendly.
Had the vegan burrito with spicy vegan chicken. It was great and they are generous with the guacamole
