This restaurant is tucked away off the main street in Norderstedt so that if you didn’t know it was there, you probably wouldn’t find it. It is very cosy inside with a few different rooms so that although it‘s quite big, you don’t get that...impression. We had a mixed salad followed by the Asian duck which was one of the specials. My husband had the mixed dessert. We had a good Primitivo to go with the duck. We also tried a Riesling with the starter. The food was excellent and the wine very good and the service attentive. Will definitely go again, even although it‘s slightly out of the way for us.
We had been before and liked the place so returned after a few months when visited the area again. It still looks very nice, service is polite and friendly, the food is OK but the prices skyrocketed and the quality do not justify it .......although it is good. They do not have an English menu.

The place is very nice and comfortable, a kind of old style, everything in wood. the food is traditional and delicious! They cook many dishes based on mushrooms of this period: delicious!

Absolutely delicious food. Enjoyed our dinner very much. Great service, nice place. Had the Schwäbisch Zwiebelrostbraten and it was outstanding!
The food at the Thanksgiving Brunch was excellent. What can be done even better is a labelling of the food with regard to the content.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and very friendly to children. Highly recommend.
