I came here to order a raspado and they didint have the flavor I wanted so I asked for a pineapple flavor and they mixed up the names on the jars I ended up getting a mango flavor! How do you not notice the color! I then came back to change it for limon and the lady had said that they where out of limon, so I was surprised when the guy said that they did have limon, so I drove. Away and I had a taste well the damn raspado had a weird acid gone bad taste, I went back I told the lady this raspado is bad , she said I told the guy to throw it out because it was old. Nasty place bad service don't risk your life now I have a bad stomach ache not worth it . The name is also different it is bionicos...
Disgusting!!! You go in and it's hot which is not healthy for a Bionico spot since they carry a lot of fruits and ingredients that needs to stay fresh otherwise MOLD. Items on the chill bar look like they been there for days. The lady has such a bad attitude and I have no idea how they hold a license to sale. Could be standing in line and they just gossip in front of you instead of asking if you need any help. Over priced for some yucky treats. I'm just being honest, I'm sticking with La Michoacana Plus even though it's a drive from my work. Don't come here.
I drove from Gardena to come to this establishment. The customer service is awful not sure if they were having a bad day but I waited till the lady was off the phone then she just started talking to this other lady while I'm still waiting for my order to be taken. Seems like I was there forever but I know it was only a 11 minutes. Honestly she should of just said excuse me I need a few minutes but to just look at me and keep talking was rude. I won't be returning.
I really enjoy fruit, and I’m obsessed with BIONICOS! They always offer fresh fruit, and the portions are never small. I always feel welcomed at this location. It’s more of a takeout spot since there’s no air conditioning at all. There’s a big fan that just circulates hot air with no relief. Still, any day of the week, I would choose BIONICOS over any fast food!

I used to love this place, but lately my experiences have gone from bad to worse. The strawberries with cream came without the cream, and the tostitos were really poorly made. After being a customer for years, I won't be coming back ever again.
It's a very nice place, very clean, with excellent service. The natural juices are absolutely delicious—some of the best I've ever tasted! I highly recommend it 100%. You will be delighted with the delicious juices!
