"Where to start. The food is always great, with schnitzels a highlight with a great variety of sauces! Fantastic veggies! Best roast carrots and potatoes and a nice salad selection. The staff are caring, make an effort to remember you and your order. Nothing is ever too much trouble. This is a great local venue! Very happy to support it!"

When we feel like heading out for a drive to a nice waterside pub, this is where we usually end up, unfortunately the food has never been great here! But we do like the setting. Service is pretty good and I do like their hot veg and salad bar, the vegies are simple but always good! Don’t see too many salad bars around anymore! We ordered the seafood platter to share, it’s reasonable value, but it’s not great. The fish was mushy and oily, the calamari was tender but you could still taste the raw flour, the prawn skewers were overcooked, killer oysters were okay and I believe the tartare was straight out of a jar. Oh my.We still keep returning because we just like it and maybe, one day, we will get a good meal here!

Went here for lunch this week with 3 other people. As it was a nice day we sat in the annexe. 3 of us ordered from the Specials board, I ordered from the main menu. When we went to order we were told that if you ordered from the Specials board you weren't allowed to eat in the annexe. So we ended up in the very ordinary main part of the pub. The annexe was nowhere near full, and it is the same distance to it from the kitchens, regardless of which menu you select from. Not impressed. Will not be going back.

All was good for a nice winter lunch out on the deck. Great service, and the salad bar was well stocked and tasty too - just love the breads. Sadly, we thought the schnitzel with a birk topping was just ordinary and just no imagination for the SnP squid.I did though find a new shiraz, Patchwork - must get some more of this.Watch out for the waitress with the pussycat ears :-), she really made the day for me!

Visited on a weekday lunch. Good range of pub food. Good sized serves; very good service. Veggie / salad bar was straightforward; nothing out of the ordinary. Out look from the deck area interesting but, of course, industrial. 3/4 pleased with meals; beef cheeks fell apart but a little too salty on the day. Gluten free options available on the menu . The seafood platter good, lambs fry flavoursome.
