If I could leave zero stars I would......I came to eat here after hearing good things about their food and will never be going back again. I went to their location at The Yard and their customer service was horrible, condiments not even, and treated like my money wasn't good enough there. The attitude that came when I first ordered and then when I went to ask if my food was ready because everyone else around me already got their food. I was approached with a very rude response and was treated like it was my fault the buzzer didn't work and was accused of leaving the area and wasn't true I waited near by their tables. Birria has a certain flavor and a red color due to the flavor. What I received had neither. Ive ordered before and received Beans, rice, and Birria that was good. Only the rice was okay. The beans were dry and crusty, overcooked. Worst Birria with no flavor tasted like pot roast, waste of money.

The 3 Birria Queso Tacos and Quesabirria are SO good! Everything has great rich flavor, the portions overall are so generous, and the consommé is amazing! Weve tried a few of the places in Salem for birria now and this is our new favorite!

Excellent flavor! Speedy service. Mulitas birria for the win. ?Vegetarian options: It's vegetarian, not vegan. Delicious but order it how you need with the veggies and such they have.Kid-friendliness: Quesadillas are always kid friendly.

Birrieria la Capital slaps! Food is so good! I got the ramen again...big chunks of meat, crispy veggies on the side, yum! The hubs got the burrito, which also came with consomme and veggies. Decent red and green sauce too!

Pretty good food but pretty small portion for the price. 18 for 5 mini tacos? Definitely better deals around town with better quality food.
