Birriaria La Capital

Birria has a certain flavor and a red color due to the flavor. What I received had neither. Ive ordered before and received Beans, rice, and Birria that was good. Only the rice was okay. The beans were dry and crusty, overcooked. Worst Birria with no flavor tasted like pot roast, waste of money.

The 3 Birria Queso Tacos and Quesabirria are SO good! Everything has great rich flavor, the portions overall are so generous, and the consommé is amazing! Weve tried a few of the places in Salem for birria now and this is our new favorite!

ALWAYSSSS SMACKS. BEST birria in town, i always get the street taco box and it ALWAYS HITS. fresh cilantro fresh onions even radishes and cucumber and its MMMMMMMM so good AND they always put two lines, one is never enough

Pretty good food but pretty small portion for the price. 18 for 5 mini tacos? Definitely better deals around town with better quality food.
