Birrieria Gallardo

I was really excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was quite a letdown. I ordered the big birria, expecting it to come with the consome, but it didn't. The birria itself was quite ordinary and lacked flavor. I would think that if a restaurant serves birria, the consome should automatically be included unless you specifically ask for more and are prepared to pay extra. Sadly, that's not how it works here—you have to pay extra for it. I ordered to-go, so I didn't notice until I got home that the consome was missing.

I just tried the birria tacos for the first time yesterday, and they were so incredible that I had to call my husband over to taste them as well! I'm not joking; they were absolutely delicious. Additionally, the service was excellent, and the owner is really kind. If you’re in the area, you can’t miss this place! I'm here again right now, and I felt compelled to share my experience!

Best birria and menudo I 've had in LA hands down definitely recommend if you want delicious authentic not greasy menudo and birria is to die for too. Es la mejor birria que e probado en todo Los Angeles me recuerda a la birria y menudo auténtico de Guadalajara.

If you love birria de chivó, you'll find it delicious and not greasy at all. The portions are plentiful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys birria. Réservez une table maintenant

1st time there 1st Good impression .. Menudo from 1 to 10, ten been the best a good number 9 ?. Good Decent Customer Service. Will definitely try all their Menu
