Birrittella's Pizza Dough

Great pizza dough. I make homemade pizza and Birritellas dough is the best. Unfortunately many supermarkets seem to not know what temperature to keep it at or it sits too long on the shelves . Not sure the issue exactly but the further I've gone from ny the worse it seems.. But the good news is Birritellas will ship in small quantities right to my door!!! No more searching through the bin at the supermarket only to find packs of dough full of little black speckles or yellowish liquid filling the bottom of the bag! I now get my dough fresh from the source ! Fantastic !

Yes, the retail part of the bakery has been closed for a while now (bummer) but it 's because they chose to focus on manufacturing for the wholesale aspect of their business. Comments like this are incredibly damaging to businesses, especially smaller, local businesses — this local business has been providing high-quality products to the NY Metro area for years and sadly are the last of a dying breed.

Great place to buy food when in a rush. Their customer service is prompt, rates are fair, excellent vibes. Highly recommended
