Firstly this restaurant is named wrong. It's actually Biriyani junction. If you search for biriyani bites in maps you will never find this place. The food was too oily and not good at all. I wanted to have fish and we thought Tandoori Fish (Pomfret) would be boneless and it was not the entire fish. And I even called and checked before ordering as this was our first time ordering tandoori fish. But when we received the order it was an entire fish and with bones. We were so disappointed and we didn't even touch it. When called to check with the restaurant they completely ignored us and instead blamed us stating it was our mistake and we didn't even call them before ordering. The owner is rude...
Biryani POT used to be good decent restaurants. Today when we ordered chicken boneless biryani it was been served with burnt base rice which has that smell and taste, yogurt sucks.. when you inform the management, he was like “PLEASE GO HEAD AND PUT REVIEW” if it is not good, super rude.. I believe, they are least bothered or care about customer service or review.. instead of taking review as an opportunity to improve service, these people doesn’t care !! Worst experience and have to pay whole amount for nothing.
After a very long time had an amazing biryani . All of my orders chicken biryani , mutton biryani , shrimp biryani , chicken 65 and Apollo fish . All of them are tasted so better. This place is the only one making amazing biryani around my place . Please continue what you ae doing ..
