Biscuits And Bourbon

Biscuits and Bourbon had no record of our open table reservation; fortunately, as there was enough room early. Excellent staff. Bourbon candied pig bell was very tasty, but our cookies were disappointingly small, hard, dry and the engraving too sharp for us. Apple Arugula Salad was interesting, but the requested additional chicken was a little sharp. Smoked Tri-Tip Average, Mac and Cheese different with a smokey taste, Good French Fries were very good.

The menu is not your traditional bbq country cooking. It makes a fantastic turn to the food items that make them unique and tasty. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable for food and cooking. Max (Server) Nick (Manager) are a fortune for the setup.

Terrible! Reservations made week before and had sent several confirmations back including day before. Then said we don't honor reservations from the host when she arrived. These were made by their website. Ruined plans!

I love this place! It was so sweet and the service was WONDERFUL! I was a little sceptical about a cookie-based menu, but the whole food was delicious!
