Biscuits Cafe - Réserver une table

Downgraded to 3 stars because of poor and unsanitary habits in the kitchen. First off, food, service, and overall restaurant cleanliness are fine. No complaints. What I saw today though, were definitive food and health code violations. Here's what I saw... I sat close to the kitchen, with a view of the toaster oven and staging cabinet for the biscuits. Not only our waitress, but other waitresses as well would go back there to grab toast and biscuits for their customers. Here's what I observed: 1. No washing of hands prior to buttering toast or grabbing biscuits. 2. Food was touched with unwashed and bare hands. No tongs, no gloves. Bare hands. 3. The food was good. The service started out great then he just disappeared for quite a while, so our beverage to food ratio was way off. I got the chicken fried steak with loaded hash browns, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The boy got chicken fried chicken, eggs over easy, red potatoes, and biscuits. The gravy has WAY too much flour. The red potatoes were not fully cooked. The steak and chicken were very good, the loaded hash browns were yummy. The biscuit and pancake were very fluffy and good. The strawberry preserves was very tasty. My youngest got fruity pebbles french toast and devoured it. My oldest got avocado Benny and loved it.

Service and Food was excellent. A nice clean place for breakfast. They give you plenty of food for the price, you wont walk away hungry. Highly recommend when in South Federal Way area. (Across street from Costco and Home Depot).

Came in for quick breakfast had the Tacos my friend had Joe's scramble.. food was coo nothing crazy and cheese on scramble was not melted

Food and Lemon drop flight were delicious and the waitress was friendly and attentive. One of my favorite places to eat.
