Fat food. Good fat food. Great service. Excellent cookies! If I have the need to pamper with some relatively unhealthy complaints, I choose Biscuitville! So much better than the competition. The cookies are quite fluffy and very full. A sausage and egg or bacon and egg is quite enough. Sometimes the drive-thru line can be a bit long, but they are pretty good to move the amount along. The line can be long due to the popularity of food. Waiting is worth it. Sausage and egg biscuit: Sausage has the right amount of spices and heat. I love the food and have for years. But I don't eat here often anymore because I don't have 45 mintues to wait for a biscuit. Employees are extremely nice and try to overcome company failings. Wake up corporate management and do better. Just visited 12-11-21. Mgmt must be reading reviews. Experience today was excellent! They actually staffed the restaurant to match the Saturday demand.

Always the best cookie in the village of Clemmons. Would you give them 5 if I could go inside to sit down and eat in the dining room or ordering outlet and be able to use the toilet room if necessary instead of sitting in the drive-dru line, which usually fed vehicles around the store.

Same McDonalds quality for double price. Cookies are good, everything on them is dry and tasty. The cinnamon rolls were good, and they are open up to 3.
