Sobre la comida y el servicio nada que objetar, pero dos sorpresas me he llevado que hará que no vuelva ni lo recomiende. Primera, dan por echo que todo el que va tiene que tomar vino, y es casi normal, pero para las personas como yo que no bebemos alcohol y tomamos refrescos, mi sorpresa es cuando pido coca cola y me dice que tiene que ser Pepsi, si o si, porque el dueño es americano y quiere productos americanos. Very rich! We are vegan and surprisingly there were quite a few options for us. Because we thought we were going to get fried potatoes and green salad our entire stay They excelled and exceeded our expectations. We also came with some non vegan friends and we all ate very well. The baked beans, seasonal white asparagus and tomato tartare delicious! Customer service was very nice. Great location and terrific food. Being able to enjoy a visit to the Marques de Riscal winery and the architecture of the Gehry building is a real luxury, but also, finishing off the experience by eating at the restaurant makes it unbeatable.
