Bistro Am Gleis

first the starving, then the good google reviews drove us to the small, nicely designed bistro on the gleis in the late afternoon. the waiting time was approx. 15 minutes, we were too two in the bistro, no other one was there. The thin, but large carving had a fresh, tasty flavor, well panned and roasted, a real man-made mouse! the burger: no boring standard bread (not a kind of rustic, darker, soft bread, very tasty chop meat well roasted, gouda cheese (no tasteless melted cheese with fresh sweet and tasty sauce dough. simply recommend! the fluted pommes, at both straight chess and well salted, the ketchup rounded with a light curry note, the mayonaise was also very tasty. the reference to regional products, especially in meat and vegetables, has impressed our palate quite positiw! you could really taste that! the nice, responsible dame was quite aware of her cooking art and explained that even longer waiting times can arise due to the 1-woman operation, but also the prices would be kept fair. Finally, it is worth not only one, or 2 visits! regional products ensure good quality and the prices for this are more than fair (good!!! tastes and acceptance are/is known to be different and individual cases can also occur, but nevertheless I cannot understand the few bad reviews here at all, which go in terms of quality and taste of eating. parking: medium quantity, sufficient for the size of the locality.

the foods are very tasty and generously portioned. even if the outer rather has the touch of a quick snack, you will be cooked here much better than in the snack. The waiting times are above average, quality also costs time. service: take out meal type: dinner
