Bistro Castro Castro

In the middle of the village opposite the town hall and next to a 600-year-old fountain is a restaurant with a beautiful terrace. Late evening on Saturday we went into the pizzeria and experienced a revolution. On the walls hang pictures and other memorabilia of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. In the Witrins lie and stand boxes with Cuban cigars. Nice greeting, catchy controls and very good fragrance of pizza, all promising. This has also remained until the end of our visit. A great evening with good food in beautiful surroundings. The prices are OK.

The Bistro Castro is our tribal in New Town and the surrounding area, because you can always rely on the quality here. The salads are super fresh and available in great variations, the pizzas are simply delicious and also all other dishes (a greeting to the cook! always freshly prepared and tasty. The atmosphere is very personal. There are always 3 dishes as a lunch table at a reasonable price to choose from. In summer you can sit on the large terrace outside.

6, € for 0.5l local beer, we were very expensive. The pizzas were as big as their price, but good. Waiting for the pizza was 1 hour. Bored service. We did not feel welcome, probably because we are not locals who were better served. The offer is colorful, unclear and unfortunately without line. We were there on recommendation, and we were totally sorry. we do not go back

Good concept with always tidy quality in food. I like the salads and the pizzas. The owner is nice and you feel comfortable in the free Cuba. In summer you can also sit outside. A little tight table placement but cozy. You do nothing wrong with a visit to Castro. Réservez une table maintenant

Very friendly and accommodating service/services Large to oversized portions of pizza and salads...Essen was made very quickly... Pleasant and cozy ambience pizzas taste delicious. but are somewhat too thin for my taste as well as some knives unusable to cut.

Very nice service, very tasty food and drink, beautiful outdoor area overlooking the ancient city centre and long opening times enchanted from the 1st visit!!! Various foods of all possible nations are offered, something is there for everyone!

Very tasty food, especially the pizzas are very tasty. Beautiful ambience, in summer you can sit comfortably on the terrace and sneak the good cocktails. We as a family are very happy to eat and enjoy the kindness of the family business.
