If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! My husband is a vegetarian and I am under strict medical orders to cut my sugars and simple starches. Bistro Chen has a wide selection of tofu offerings, with brown rice available upon request even for their sushi items. Their Dim Sum are the best in the in the Suburbs. We love their Chinese broccoli which they either steam or stir fry according to your preference. It 's always superfresh and cooked to perfection. The stir fried baby bok choy is also highly recommended. Those in the know should order the Ong Choy when it 's available. This is a type of water hyacinth, which sounds exotic but not to be feared. This green vegetable has a flavor somewhere...

Great food walked in song nobody was almost going to leave then the waitress said oh everybody's outside cuz it's such a nice night but we sent inside and the food was delicious

Their all-you-can-eat dim sum sushi is a great deal, especially if you add the unlimited drinks for a small up charge. The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, attentive service. The specials are always a treat--tasty, interesting, imaginative. Bistro Chen is a must whenever we are in the Arlington Heights area.

We hopped off the train for a quick dinner. It was delicious and fast! We'll be back.
