If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! My husband is a vegetarian, and I have strict medical instructions to reduce my sugar and simple starch intake. Bistro Chen offers a fantastic variety of tofu dishes, and they even provide brown rice upon request for their sushi items. Their Dim Sum is the best in the suburbs! We especially love their Chinese broccoli, which can be steamed or stir-fried based on your preference. It is always incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The stir-fried baby bok choy is also highly recommended. If you're in the know, make sure to try the Ong Choy when it’s available. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! As soon as I walked in, there was music playing, and the atmosphere was so inviting that it felt like no one wanted to leave. The waitress mentioned that everyone was outside enjoying the beautiful night, but we decided to stay inside. I'm glad we did because the food was absolutely delicious!
I 've order the 'Nigiri Fourteen ' several times for carryout and it 's been fresh and delicious each time. The order is always ready at the time specified and the staff is very friendly. I 'll definitely be coming back for more!
The all-you-can-eat dim sum sushi is an excellent value, particularly when you include the unlimited drinks for a small additional fee. The service is quick and attentive. I highly recommend it!
