I ordered food this evening through Lieferando. The order was confirmed and was supposed to be delivered. Shortly afterward, I received a call saying the restaurant couldn't deliver because no driver was available ? . The order was then canceled. This hasn't happened for several hours, and no one at the restaurant has answered. It's been continuously busy for hours. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. If delivery isn't possible, then the restaurant should also deactivate this option in the Lieferando app.
Never again! We took advantage of the Monday kebab special to try a new place. It was simply awful. The sauce was incredibly acidic and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. As you can read in the other reviews here, this wasn't an isolated incident. The complaints about the sauce are all the same. Every bite was a complete disappointment. The meat was tasteless and undercooked. On top of that, I had severe stomach problems and nausea the next day.
It used to be very good. But the meat is hardly burned through, you're too fast and that's how it's packaged, so that the sauce usually ends up floating around in the bag. And if you save on the napkins (which are no longer offered) you also save on the ingredients. I rarely go there anymore. Then it's better to pay a little more from the competition, but you won't just be dismissed there. I used to think you were really good.

We called again, and he was so nice, and the food arrived hot and fresh within a few minutes. As an apology, they drew a sweet heart on the package. We simply love the food there. There's hardly a dish we don't like. We will continue to be regular customers.

I went back after three years. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The sauce tastes sour and not like it used to. And a doner kebab plate costs €12??? The pizza wasn't great either. From now on, I'll only eat in Fischbach; the doner kebab shop there is by far the best in the area!
Ordering online is the biggest mistake you can make! Orders that require proofreading are regularly processed incorrectly, AND parts of the order are forgotten (but still charged)!!! WHAT A SHAME!
I thought the pizzas were great, as was the doner kebab, and the new veal dish tastes fantastic too. It's been worth coming back for years :
