The best and freshest Arab food I've ever eaten. Everything is completely self-made and the ingredients are very high quality! The whole concept (freedom, openness, acceptance, ... I like very much and both the owner and their employees are very friendly and open minded. Coffee and tea are also more than above average good here! If I were to live nearby, I would probably need my own kitchen as well as nothing more;

Great food. We were very friendly and had a very nice evening in the Bistro freedom. The very good training at the head of the Bistros, about the Arabic cuisine, has helped us to make a very good choice of our dishes. We felt very comfortable and can only continue to receive the loan. We wish the team of Bistros Freedom all the best they will survive and remain healthy. We are excited about Heilbronners

Although Bad Mergentheim didn't live, but today was here for the second time and I can only recommend it! Unfortunately there is hardly anything. Please try to recommend it! The whole concept is unique! There is something for everyone to eat and tastes very delicious, even I see it as a restaurant.
