The old swimming pool Bistro has changed in the meantime: It is now called Da Patrizia and as the new name suggests there are Italian cuisine, in the main thing pizza, pasta, salads. The selection is really large, but hardly differs from other pizzerias. The ambience is ok, in summer you could also sit on the terrace overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. We ordered two pizzas and a mixed salad. The pizzas were good, maybe a tick too thick. The salad was okay, but we didn't love it. The dressing could be better tasted; it was missing the pepp. A little beard, for example, would have upgraded the dressing enormously. The service was attentive and flotted. Overall a solid performance, just a thick fat minus: after eating my husband ordered a coffee and he got instant coffee. In an Italian restaurant. I see that the kitchen and the bar area are really small, but without a proper coffee machine or a Macchinetta you should not offer coffee.
I was wondering about the shape of pizza and me. My first pan pizza and that was super pink, surprisingly good. The cheese is a bit strict, also tap Emmentaler, sometimes something else.
