The menu is both creative and impressive, far exceeding expectations for a casual dining experience! The Bison Tartare deserves a solid 5 stars for its unique and outstanding flavors—it's a must-try. The maple-glazed salmon and ravioli make for a perfect combination. The service from the waitstaff is on par with that of any fine dining restaurant. The view and decor are absolutely stunning. If there's one area that could use improvement, it's the hostess; I mentioned my thoughts to them, so I hope they address it. Don't let that deter you from enjoying a fantastic culinary experience here!
I was truly impressed with Le Sam. The service, atmosphere, and especially the food were all top-notch, surpassing anything I've encountered elsewhere. The staff provided excellent service; they were professional, efficient, and also warm and friendly. The food was exceptional, especially the fish and chips, which have been elevated to a gourmet level. I can't wait to return!
Our entire dining experience was exceptional! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious—definitely try the meat and cheese board (highly recommended), as well as the poutine and braised beef. Without a doubt, it was the best meal we've had in Quebec City so far. The restaurant itself is beautiful too. I highly recommend it!
We had a fantastic table with a view of the river. The food was excellent! My steak was cooked exactly to my preference, and the crème brûlée was just perfect. The only downside was that my daiquiri had too much ice, which overshadowed the mango flavor, although it was presented beautifully. Overall, dining here was a wonderful experience.
I had a fantastic experience with a very creative bartender. However, the cocktails were quite pricey. The service was friendly, but the restaurant seemed understaffed. Unfortunately, the food quality didn't meet our expectations given how nice the restaurant is. I would advise against ordering the burger!
