I was in Perce looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this charming restaurant. It seemed to offer everything I enjoy - good food, wine, and ambiance. I made reservations earlier in the day, but when I arrived, I found out that they had not been taken. Despite the owner being frantic, he made an effort to seat us towards the back of the restaurant where we could people watch without being noticed. However, we observed some concerning issues. Some tables had been ignored for a long time, there was a strong cigarette smell near us, and we were also neglected in terms of service. The owner, who was also the waiter, took the order of a table that arrived after us and informed them they wer...

I would like to begin by commending our server for his exceptional service. Without his great service, this place would have received a lower rating from us. Our group of 5, with only one French speaker, appreciated his patience and willingness to communicate in English. The seafood linguini was initially enjoyable, with fresh seafood and good flavor. However, the ratio of pasta and sauce to seafood was off, leading to bland bites. The portion size was decent for the price, but the overall taste was lacking. Additionally, the strong smell of cigarettes near the entrance, combined with dim and dingy lighting, detracted from the dining experience. While this restaurant may be a good spot for c...

This place did not disappoint for a fresh lobster dinner. It is located on the outskirts and is next to a motorhome parking. You order your lobster and it is freshly pulled out of the tank to cook for you. It was served with a beautiful Spinach salad and pan roasted potatoes. We started with a fish soup and ended with a chocolate raspberry cake. Prices are less than tourist places in the city 10 minutes walk away. It is a good local fresh unpretentious cuisine. Locals drink at the bar. It reminded me of a Vancouver local “Ouisi” that we often did. If I lived in the beautiful picturesque town of Perce, I would visit this place. It is unpredictable and the locals are friendly.

Wow what an experience! Michel and his co workers made our visit to Percé unforgettable. We were a group of 22 and it was not that easy to find a place for us to eat all together. Michel helped us with the pick up first night and invited us over for the 2nd night. Food was amazing (especially lobster and fetuccini with shrimps), atmosphere is very friendly, hospitality and sense of respect are beyond the standards! I would put 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended place for a supper in Percé! Call and pre reserve or just show up

I cannot recommend this restaurant very much! The owner is so professional, accomodating, gracious, patient and friendly. We came very late and he really went beyond us. The food I had was delicious. Our whole lot loved it. It's the best seafood I ever had. Try the cod cake and the scallops! From this world! We're going back to the lobster tonight. Can't wait! Thank you Chef Michel and assistant Alex!!

At first glance, the restaurant may not seem appealing from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by how excellent it turned out to be. The owner was extremely pleasant and engaging, taking the time to ensure his customers were well taken care of. The meal itself was flawless, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

For the dishes, I would definitely give 5 stars, the dishes are unexpectedly good in as small local as these. The only concern is that we better learn French well before we go. Staff are very friendly and encourage us to translate Google instead of using, but I feel like a bit more French will respect their service.

Stumbled across this place on our first night in Percé and I'm glad we did ! The food was great, run by a super friendly family. Seemed like the only place in Percé that was not 100% touristy. We went back on our second night.

The hotel is located outside the city crowd, very nice and very friendly staff, portions are very large, simple and tasty, for adults and children, children portions have been adapted to our needs, very recommended!!!
