As a trained cook interested in authentic Spanish cuisine, one can imagine the level of my excitement and curiosity when I learned that there is a tapas bar about a mile away from where I live. My wife and I first visited a Friday night, we went to a later dinner. We went in and were pleasantly surprised at the Mediterranean atmosphere in the restaurant.
