Amazing! Loved the simplicity of the menu. The food was not bossy or over the top. The flavors were well balanced and complimentary to each plate. The Maryland Crabs Cakes and Pork Ends were a great start. Dinner was the flounder and the duck. Both were tender and full of flavor without being snobby. This is up there with some Michelin Star restaurants I've dined at. A must when in Birmingham.
This was our first time but it won’t be the last. Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was amazing. Our server, Amber, deserves recognition for the great job she did. The blackened redfish was one of the best dishes I’ve had recently. And it’s a beautifully redone space downtown that was easy walking distance to hotels and theaters. Five stars !
The food was amazing. Our server, unfortunately was not amazing. She was nice but she continued to forgot about us throughout the evening. We sat at a table in the bar. But our server had tables in the main dining room, which resulted in her forgetting about us. And when leaving she gave us our checks and then forgot to pick them back up….
Good food, good service, great building, what more could you want. Great starting libations. Brussels to die for. Both entrees the Rossi and the chicken were excellent. We shared the watermelon salad the combo was delicious. No room for dessert, overall an excellent meal. Great wine by the glass offerings. Réservez une table maintenant
Matt was a remarkable source of bourbon knowledge , which enhanced the experience of tasting some marvelous libations. Wonderful creative food. Settle in for a fun night out.
Of the 6 people in my party, every person ordered something different, and we were all very pleased with your meals. My New York strip was perfectly cooked and fantastic.
Not a lot of standard French cuisine on menu. Do not let them seat you near service entry, too much noise and traffic.
