Bistro V - Réserver une table

While working in Varennes for several months I had the opportunity to visit Bistro V at least 10 times between June 25, 2019 and August 27, 2019. It was my absolute favorite lunch spot in the area and with good reason. I'll tell you why. Atmosphere/Appearance: Set in a small business plaza nestled off of the main road is this gem. It's a part of another restaurant called Merchante which is more for dinner, while Bistro V is for lunch. There's lovely outdoor seating right out front with plenty of umbrellas to shade you from the warm Canadian sun. Inside you have a huge open space with 3 eating areas. It was pretty busy on most days during the lunch hour, but calmed down a lot right around 1:0...

Very average at best, no idea why it has so many great reviews. The chef surprise was a surprise it was lame,I guess It was a bad omen when they told me that they wouldn’t tell me what was on the menu for the chef special In the first place

We have tried menu du chef with my boyfriend and it was perfect. We would definitely come here again. The service is great!
