We had a great three curse set menu here in August 2018. The food is excellent and cooked with care by the chef. Limited choice but we like it that way, ther we two choices for each course and it cost about €25 each. The cuisine is traditional French fare and decent value for money for the area. This felt like an authentic French restaurant, a little off the beaten track. We would go back again and we really enjoyed it.

A small, unassuming little restaurant in Doussard. Seating in and out, with in having much more ambiance. The food was far better than its modest appearance would suggest, with the mouse Roquefort being simply divine. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the staff were superb. After your had day paragliding, this is the best place to enjoy the evening in Doussard.

Bistrot du Coin in the charming village of Doussard just by the bottom end of Lake Annecy provides exactly what visitors to France look for well sourced, quality French produce, perfectly cooked and presented by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic chef patron, served by a friendly and helpful waitress at reasonable prices. France on a plate! What more could you want?

We had dinner here two times during our holiday in this region. The restaurant has mainly local Savois specialties. The first time we had the fish and the second time the cheese fondue. Both times the food was very good. The staff is very friendly and at the end of the evening the owner came to our table and we had a good conversation. Very good price and quality.
