Bistrot Marius Hôtel De Provence

Je débarque d’Italie à la gare d’Orange, je dois attendre mon mari à la gare. Du coup, je me mets à chercher un restaurant à proximité. Je choisis le Bistrot Marius. En même temps, c’était le seul qui était ouvert. Je demande une table pour moi et ma fille et on nous emmène à l’arrière, dans un petit jardin ombragé et très agréable. Tout comme la personne qui nous recevait. Je m’attendais à une cuisine classique et traditionnelle. Mais non, j’ai été stupéfaite lorsque j’ai reçu mon assiette ; digne d’un grand restaurant. La présentation au top, les saveurs y étaient. Si vous passez pas loin, n’hésitez pas

This restaurant in front of Orange Station is a pleasant discovery. Even if externally it would not be said, the place reserves a well-kept restaurant, well-prepared modern dishes and care in the planting; every ingredient or sauce is put in a reasoned way and is essential to the balance of the dish (in so many places I have noticed how the French tend to abuse various sauces and dippings that cover the main dish); consonant prices, excellent service and well-assorted wine paper. If you are in the neighborhood, to try compared to other citizens well more advertised but much more disappointing

One of the best restaurants in Orange. Living in Orange we visit Marius al least once a week, always enjoying the menu of the day or the not so typical French suggestions á la carte. The cook seems to love the job using fresh products, creating colourful plates with some oriental and Italian influences. The wonderful shaped 'platanes ' offer enough shade to endure the fine dishes being served by the friendly and very professional staff.
