We ate here a while back and while the service was great and the atmosphere was nice the food was edible but it just breaks my heart that whoever is cooking or designing the recipes seems not to have ever tried authentic versions. My main memory of the meal was the pad thai. I've eaten pad thai at countless restaurants all over the world and of course expect a great deal of variation. Some are sweeter than others (palm sugar is essential). Some have more of a brininess from the dried shrimp and fish sauce. This was my second time at Bite of Asia. I was in Sydney for work and went with a friend of mine. My friend ordered the Pad Thai. I order a Chinese combo plate with rice, chicken balls, beef and broccoli, and an egg roll. My meal was okay. Nothing wrong with it. I'm sure that the chicken balls are frozen out of a box. There was a lot of MSG on the beef and broccoli and it was a little slimy. The egg roll is not bad with pork and veggies. The rice is okay. Nothing special at all. Great Chinese and Thai food. You know it is freshly made on your first bite. You can't just eat one egg roll or spring roll because you have to devour every last speck of the homemade plum sauce. We have never left here with our a doggy bag, but NOT for the dog, for your own lunch or supper the next day. The presentation great, and don't forget to order tea served in fabulous Chinese servers. Truly the best Chinese food in Sydney!

We are traveling Nova Scotia so we have eaten lots of seafood and we are ready for something different. I had hot and sour soup and veg stir fry, very good. I love this recent addition to the dining scene in Sydney. Even though it is a bit farther away than our local "Chinese" restaurant, we often make the drive to Bite of Asia for their delicious dishes. I also love the Thai options on the menu. The Pad Thai is my favourite!

A place with nice decor and ambiance food was very fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive even for a fairly full establishment. Portions were all large enough that we had to box some to take home. Prices we reasonable. We will be back to try other dishes.

This was our first time eating here and I know it won't be our last. The atmosphere is very nice and the service was great. We had ordered combination plates and they were delicious. Chow Mein, ribs. Chicken balls, egg rolls, beef n broccoli, sou gai.

We had a Pad Thai and also an eggplant dish. The food was fresh and a big spicy (in a good way) and service was pleasant and prompt. It was Sunday night and lots of places were closed, so we were lucky that Bite of Asia was open. Prices are good. Réservez une table maintenant

Stopped for lunch - great service, great food, and very decent prices. The food was well cooked, presentation was good, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this spot!

Have eaten there on two occasions both times with several couples. Everyone was very satisfied with the experience.
