I ordered the 10 piece wings for my brother and he only received 9 wings. He noticed while he was eating and we showed them the plate with 9 wings. The cashier said no I’m sure I counted 10 and said she can check the cameras. After a while I asked again if she was able to check the cameras and said I’ll check in a bit. When we were leaving she said I don’t have time to check the cameras here’s is your wing after we are leaving and are done eating). This place is located on the 2nd floor of Plaza West Covina in the food court. I normally wouldn't write a review for a food court spot, but the lady running the shop was so friendly and welcoming! I forgot to catch her name but she really sold the place and introduced to me their sliders freshly baked with warm buns and they also have wings that pack quite a punch (so if spice isn't your thing; beware of the buffallo, haha . Personally found the food great the sliders packed a bunch of flavor; the fries were crispy and the sodas are refillable too. This restaurant is situated on the second floor food court. They offer sliders, milkshakes, and wings. I ordered the #3 combo, which included chicken, mushrooms, and the classic slider. The food was surprisingly good for fast food sliders! If you're looking to satisfy some different cravings, this is a great spot. The fries were crispy and delicious. The service was outstanding! Belen was an absolute delight and made my experience even better with her wonderful personality. I visited Bitez once before, and she was the one who helped me then as well. She is genuinely friendly and fantastic!
What impressed me equally was the stellar customer service. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch.

The best roll sandwiches (hamburgers) I've enjoyed in a long time! The root beer I had was also the best I’ve tasted so far. I do feel for the one worker handling all the cooking, though. Overall, I’d give it a 9.5/10!
We arrived for dinner at 7 PM, but we were informed that they were closing, even though their website clearly states that they close at 8 PM.
Closed for close to 45 mins on a Sunday afternoon. Very disappointing as I drove all the way over here just to eat
