Bj's Brewhouse - Réservation de table

This was our first and last time visiting this location. Probably one of the worst serving experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was beyond slow, we were never offered waters unless we asked, we couldn’t find our server and it seemed like most servers were sitting around and talking with one another. It took us 2.5 hours for 4 people. The biggest thing that got me was the women’s bathroom was so disgusting and unsanitary. It looked like it hadn’t been touched in a week, the mirror had splatter marks all over it, there was ZERO toilet paper in any of the 3 stalls, trash was over spilling, and there were hand prints all over the stalls looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. We had to wait 10 minutes just for the receptionist to arrive! The waiter, however, was fantastic. He informed us right away that there was no pasta available, which is a significant part of the menu. We initially ordered calamari, but they didn’t have any. I chose the French dip sandwich, but they were out of that too. I then opted for fish and chips, only to find they were unavailable as well. Eventually, I settled on shrimp tacos, but they were so scant that you’d need a magnifying glass to see the shrimp. Thankfully, we had ordered avocado dip, or I might have left hungry. My experience with BJ’s Restaurant in Orange was the worst ever. To start I had a reservation at 4:30pm when I got there they could not find my reservation then it took them over 45 mins to seat us and the restaurant was half empty. After we were seated the service from the waiter was fine BUT it took forever to get our food. The restrooms were nasty there was tissue all over the floors spilling out of the garbage cans. When the food came my food was burnt, my brothers food was cold my mothers chicken was over cooked. This was supposed to be for a celebration for my son’s graduation but it ended up being a horrible experience. Needless to say I will never come to this BJ’s again.

We arrived at just before 5 pm on a Saturday night for a dinner of four friends and we left at 7 pm without have been served our entrees. About an hour after ordering we were informed that they were out of the entrees two of us requested. The manager came by about ten minutes later to apologize and take alternate orders, a chicken sandwich and salmon filet, neither of which should take more than 15 minutes to prepare. At 6:50 our server said the manager was on her way over. She finally showed up when we were already out the door. There are better alternatives if you prefer having food with your dinner. Our pizza arrived looking like it had been flipped upside down, with all the cheese stuck to the top of the box and most of the sauce spilling over the sides. The salsa container for the nachos was clearly overflowing since it had no lid, and although the lid was put back on, salsa was all over the bottom of the box. To make matters worse, the nachos were also missing toppings. This is the second time we've faced issues with our order from this location, and we won't be ordering from here again.

Trash place, ordered steak they brought me pork and when I told the waitress about the mistake she told me this is just how their steak tastes, sometime later tried online take out, order wasn’t ready for 45 minutes after time specified , food was cold and not good Do not come here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We were seated by the front windows and moved because it was so cold there. There were 6 of us and most were happy with their food selection. My Philly sandwich was very dry, not ooey gooey cheesy as it should be. Our server Joshana was very good.

Our service, food, and drinks were excellent and served promptly. However, we attempted to order a few menu items that were unavailable. It would be helpful to have a list of these items beforehand to make our decision easier. Réservez une table maintenant

AWFUL experience. Made a reservations still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated! Ordered food waited 1.5 hours the food never came out! Overall just an awful experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The restaurant is a quick fix for fast food that is better quality than drive through fare.
