My boyfriend loves the pork chops here, but the last four times we called they were already sold out. This time they said they still had it and when we got there they said there was one left, so we rushed our order to make sure he got them. No complaints there. Where we ran into issues was with the service. The server kept calling me and my daughter babe which was awkward and unappreciated read the table, it was pretty clear it made us uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, our server (Brittaney, according to the receipt) boldly assumed who would be paying and handed the check directly to my boyfriend, however this meal was intended to be my treat and I was paying. I used the QR code on the receipt to pay the bill, but then Brittaney came back and said there was a free dessert available so she had deleted the online payment, and reran my card for the over $100 tab without so much as mentioning it to me first. I checked my bank account and it had now charged me over $200 for our meal, and when I asked about it, she assured me the initial charge would cancel itself after 2:00 am. NOPE. A week later, I had to call the restaurant and again request my money back. I was told another 3 5 days until it should show up in my bank account (fine, that 's standard). It ended up being a total of 10 days after our visit that I finally got my refund. Before you take the liberty of running a customer 's card twice, I 'd recommend checking with them first. Extremely upsetting experience.
