My son purchased the Linwood 5-Piece Bedroom Set and had it delivered on 11/25/2020. Upon delivery, 1 piece was missing (mirror , the 2 dressers were damaged and nightstand was doesn't fully close. We called to get it replaced and was told that they will call us back the next day. No one did. In the meantime, we put a bed on the bedframe and it broke. After spending $1000.00, we have 4 damaged piece and 1 piece missing.I followed up on the call on 12/3/2020, the first rep (Gabby informed me that someone will reach out within the next hour to schedule a delivery time and that the replacement set will be delivered within 24 hours.I called back and was told by Rep. I often shop here, have friends and family who do as well. I am a guide dog handler have many friends who have service dogs as well. I received a text from a friend who has a seizure alert service dog of a video that they took while shopping here today. It contained a small dog with a service dog vest on riding in a shopping cart. Yes, a shopping cart where food is placed. Despite the fact this dog was clearly not an ADA defined service dog because it was barking and growling at my friend's trained dog, even if it was a service dog it is not allowed in a cart legally. ANY animal placed in a cart where food for human consumption is placed, is a direct health code violation for that business....
Just left this store just now, 7/31/22, club 34 (Stoughton), Register 13, cashier 480794.... This cashier was beyond RUDE! There was a sweet older lady in front of me and he was so miserable that she asked if he was ok cause his attitude was just stank. He did not converse back, make eye contact or anything... it was so awkward. He made everyone in the line feel uncomfortable with his mean energy. No one was greeted or thanked. When you spoke to him he did not speak back, he didn't even move to ring your stuff up. He made you place those XL HEAVY BULKY items on the checkout table... Customer service is not for everyone, cashier 480794 needs to find a better job somewhere away from customers...
Had placed an order through the phone for a cake at the BJs bakery earlier this week for it to be ready by 12pm today Saturday show up they can not find my cake that I had ordered. Waited a few minutes until they found the paper work and said someone misplaced it. We still assumed it was ready since they found the paper yet we were left waiting Atleast 30 minutes and no one communicated with us that the cake was not done at all. very unprofessional on their part will not be returning to their bakery at least.

Bj's Propane fill station is a great feature at the Stoughton, MA store. I just wish they would staff the tire center properly so the employees have enough people to fix cars, fill propane, and operate the register. If you have ever filled propane .. or had a tire changed .. you know this has been a problem long before the pandemic.
I used their, buy online and pickup on the curb. FYI you can order online and there app for pick up, but to get there curbside pickup from your internet purchase you need to use there app. Or you have to pick up your order in there store if you purchase on line.
The tire team did an exceptional job. They went above and beyond my request and were very friendly. Would highly recommend getting your tires serviced here!
Fell in love once I got a membership. They legit have everything you need!! My go to place from here on out! Highly recommend.
