2020 really did a number on this place and I feel like it’s best years are behind. I used to adore the salmon fillet and hold it up with the very best that you can find in the valley. I got to give props to the management staff for making good when something goes wrong for the customer. They will make all sorts of allotments. The problem is I don’t think the entrées and the presentation match the level that the restaurant is aspiring to. A few times I had the bread and it was a little bit tough whereas many years ago it used to be very nicely done where it’s hard but not too much. Lately it’s been overdone and dry and not worth it. Skip the bread. I had the prime rib and that was decent well...
Had thier Salman w Dijon mustard sauce it was soo good. Also steak cooked perfctly the way I asked, medium rare. Was cooked to perfection w side of broccoli, still had snap to it, not over cooked and salad w blue cheese. Yummylicoous Hats off to OUR CHEF ND bartender because our drinx where jus as good, we had something called cowgirl its a sneaky one, taste so gd, had to remember it had liquor. Also fudge drizzled brownie let's just say I AM VERY HAPPY . Thank you to our great server I wish I got her name she was a doll, great service. Thank you black Angus for another great dinning exspierance.
They serve steak and they do it well. What else is going on here? They remodeled the place. They used to have lots of booths and it had a dark, cozy atmosphere. No more. Most booths are gone and the main area is just one huge open space. Horrible. They recently reduced all the portion sizes for sides and appetizers. Servers can be a little too friendly.
Went for my two friends birthday dinner in a party of 10 and outside of one persons overcooked steak the whole experience was awesome. Our server (Michelle) was on point all night even with other large parties in her section. A definite 9/10 night all around. The main dish was terrible! It seemed like it had been reheated after sitting in storage for weeks. It was hard, overcooked, and tasteless. I could cook something better myself. The salad was small, the salmon was decent, the bread was small and sweet. The server was good.

My spouse and I celebrated our 51st Anniversary at this restaurant. The service was a bit slow, but I believe it was due to it being a Friday night. I would suggest trying dinner at Black Angus in Lancaster.
I recently dined at this restaurant and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent, so I will definitely be returning.
