Ok, this was my first time ever at this restaurant and I can't believe how horrible the service was at this establishment. We started off by being seated by hostess just to wait 15 minutes for our server who failed to reappear during my visit. We were instead served by thier General Manager John Akillian. Speaking of thier manager during my time here he or no servers ever came to check up on me or offer a refill of my water. I finished my meal and yet nobody came to check on me to see if I wanted a refill or not while John continued to entertain the booths beside me. Every time we make a reservation for five, we're placed at a round table in the bar area. If I wanted to sit at the bar, I would have chosen to do so. I must have had over 50 people pass by my chair and table during our meal. To make matters worse, the bar patrons were loud, enjoying their cocktails, cheering for the games on TV, and taking tequila shots. The bar stools were all occupied, and there were people standing around the bar, waiting for their reservations or for a seat to become available. The food, excellent. I do miss 8oz choices for some steaks on the menu. So many 12oz 'ers, you may as well plan on some home-refrigerated steak the next day. Yesterday me and my family went to dinner at 5:45 p.m. and didn't get out of there until 7:00 p.m. service was horrible we got our food and it was cold I do not recommend this place at all just horrible?? when we finally did get our food we asked for to go box they couldn't even get the drinks right we waited 40 minutes for a drink NEVER AGAIN ?
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. Our service was outstanding—Nina R (#1017) was polite, kind, and made sure to check on us frequently, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to answer all my questions.
Prime Rib is great , however ... they sat us down in an empty corner of the restaurant (we have long cowboy beards) ... the waitress wanted to sell and sell and was upset when we got no desert.
I had my first lobster there. I haven’t found a lobster as good as your restaurant….so far. Parking: We had no problem finding parking. It was dinner time also. 6-7 pm.
