Our serve Elaina was amazing and very friendly we had an excellent experience with her. We were so pleased with the service and food was delicious. Elaine went out of her to make it a pleasant experience after sharing our negative experience at a differentlocation. If you visit this location definitely ask for Elaina. The manager on staff was really sweet and the team is definitelya great reflection of her.
I was very disappointed I had the slow cooked pot roast and it just didn?t taste right. I should?ve sent it back but I didn?t. It also took quite a while/long time to get our food. I go to the one in Vallejo all the time and everything is excellent Imost likely won?t be going back. The service was also not very good.. The restaurant itself was dirty also. Overall terribledining experience.
My first time here, and Jocelyn was awesome. She really likes working here, because her customer service is excellent. She knows her customers, and that is very rare to find. We always enjoy Black Bear whether it is at home in paradise or when visiting Suisun. I always enjoy her omelets, my wife had the beef dip (what I always enjoy, but I was itching for breakfast! and she had to take home because it was so big! No complaints, always great service!
Went with a party of 8, went over real well. Glad to see things got better love going here. Great closing staff, we were the last people out. We were not rushed food was still hot and everyone was awesome. Thank you black bear for bring back myfamily's favorite place.
Good food but there were ants all over the window sill that would make their way to our table. Notified staff but they didn?t do anything about it, just addressed it as if they?ve seen it for a long time.
Great atmosphere, spotless surroundings, welcoming staff, and delicious food! I can't wait to return and bring friends along for another meal!

Beautiful place to eat children for free on Tuesday large portions of food also I still have food to take home and the desserts are amazing.
Great service, our drinks were refilled without asking and the food was delicious and hot. Have never had a bad meal at black bear diner!
