We had a reservation for 4 and arrived. 645pm Sat evening. The gal who sat us was very nice, pleasant. Our husbands parked the car and came a few mins later. We clearly had a table of 4. The young man who filled our water glasses only filled 2. We tracked him down to fill glasses for our spouses. no issues there. We sat forever before being able to order drinks. Once 1 person in our party received their drink, her husband reminded our server that he ordered a glass of wine alos, The server SNAPPED at him. Literally yelled. The Black Olive is a great restaurant. It's perfect for special occaisions. The menu is extensive and the seafood options are many. We had the red snapper, the bronzini and the lobster tail pasta. All were very good. The tables aren't too close together so it feels very relaxing to just sit and enjoy. You never feel rushed here. The turkish coffee at the end of the meal was very enjoyable as was the tira misu. I'd recommend this spot to anyone who wants to try a classic, relaxed atmoshpere restauarant that serves great food. We will return. Thank you.
The food was delicious and the service was superb. We were even waited on by Dimitri who is the owner. He was very kind and gracious to my table the entire night. Pictures is the shank lamb which falls off the bone, as well as a margarita, and this delicious ice cream. I don't know how to explain it, but the ice cream has multiple taste and textures. It was soooo good! I highly recommend you visit The Black Olive!
Food was amazing- loved all the dips. The stuffed calamari was disappointing because it was extremely small for the price (wine cork size), which is why I rated it 4 stars for value and food. Rafael, our waiter, was great. He was attentive, friendly and had great recommendations. Overall, would recommend.

Lovely setting, quiet and elegant. Service exceptional. Authentic Greek food and especially the fish dishes. Wife's lobster and linguini and my arctic char were exquisite. Our favorite restaurant in Baltimore, and the place I take people when I want to recruit them!
