After going to a few of these locations this remains my favorite, not to mention the closest for me. They are always extremely friendly, polite and talkative, even if you show up 10 mins before closing! I wish this location had an inside cafe but the detached gazebo is still nice to sit at, even in the summer since it has a mister. I will admit their special coffees tend to be a bit sweeter than I like so I 've usally just gotten an Americano. The infinite of possible flavor combinations across their fuel energy drink line is also no joke. Coffee was okay, but slightly watery. Girls in the back kept screaming and singing and trying to explain their social dynamics to anyone who would listen. Maybe tone it down just a tad? Friendly service is one thing, but acting like a high schooler is draining for customers who just want to be in and out with their drink.
Surely you are missing out if you've not tried Black Rock. The staff are pleasant and always with a smile. You have so many choices. There are a lot of non-coffee options; like teas and hot chocolate too. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. Try them once and you'll be hooked.
Maybe it’s a new staff but they weren’t very nice. They didn’t even add whipped cream to our drinks that typically have whipped cream. Our drinks weren’t blended well. I usually love coming here. It’s a shame. Also, there is a crazy amount of bees flying around.

There are plenty of choices available at this restaurant, including a variety of non-coffee options such as teas and hot chocolate. The prices are reasonable compared to other coffee shops. Once you try them, you'll be sure to become a regular customer.
This restaurant has the worst service in the city. The employees are unenthusiastic and slow most of the time. To make matters worse, they don't use their speaker box, causing a backup of cars and no way to exit the lane.
