Update: I'm updating from 3 stars to 4. Someone contacted me after my first review and offered credit for my past few experiences. Since then I also have not had issues with my drink not tasting right the first time. I appreciate them reaching out and improving the drinks and will continue to keep them in my coffee shops rotation. The first time I came here I ordered a mocha latte with oat milk. It came out with a odd chalky and grainy consistency. Yet, I decided to try them again and ordered a hazelnut latte with oat milk. It came out delicious and perfect.
