We had honestly the worst service before we even sat down which overshadowed everything after. Our reservation was for 6pm and when we arrived they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. We checked back at 6:30 and they said they would text us when our table was ready. By 7pm, we still hadn’t heard from them. We talked to the hostess again about our table and our reservation from an hour ago and they said their system said we were already seated and they were waiting on us. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger. We planned to just eat some of our lunch and save room for shakes. But the food was so delicious (I’m looking at you Onion Rings! we ate it all! Those shakes though are the real star. So unique and delicious. Get your own shake, don’t share. I had the cake shake, my husband had Oreo. Both of us loved them! We ate outside with a view of the gondolas. It was lovely until a crazy wind storm came. We had to jump up and go inside! Overall, great experience. I can’t wait to bring my kids to the Black Tap near my house. They’re gonna flip!!
Our food came out very quickly, everything was fresh and tasted amazing. We ordered the fried mozzarella for an appetizer and it was delicious. The tomato sauce to dip it in was so good it tasted like tomato soup. We both got the california burger (we substituted the turkey patty for a regular beef patty) and they were some of the best burgers we have ever had! The service was great, and everyone was very friendly! We will be back!
Service was good- food was terrific-shakes unbelievably delish but could t finish. Don’t sit in red lips room if you can avoid ..the neon was a bit much and they put small kids w parents across the room from each other which ruined the noise level and made ambiance score lower for such a cool vibe place. Disappointed the weather closed the patio but overall we’d go back!

Great food! The shakes looked amazing but I’m not a big sweets eater. Had the black tap bigger salad. I love the cucumbers! They are ever so slightly pickled but not really dill flavored or sour. Husband had TX style burger and said it was delicious. Server was friendly and loved the retro hip hop NYC vibe.
It was cool after the manager made two adjustments to my reservation to provide a better level of comfort !!
Food and drinks were fantastic. My burger was cooked to perfection. Crazy awesome shakes too!
Everything was AMAZING!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great food and service.

The bison burger was hood but the turkey burger not as good, little disappointed!
