Blackfish Bar and Grill is a hidden gem in Como. It 's located inside Como Pleasure Grounds which is an extremely popular place! The park has your usual playground and picnic tables and clean BBQ areas. We went on a short walking loop after our delightful meal. . Battered Flathead Fillets . The serving of this dish was not for one. When it arrived at our table, I stared at Matt and signaled 'you are helping me eat this '. But we all know Matt isn 't the biggest seafood fan so..... it was all up to me. The corona lime battered flathead with seasonal salad, chips and homemade tartare sauce was absolutely delicious. Flathead was fresh, battered nicely and the salad was well dressed.
We recently had our wedding their, and we cannot recommend Blackfish Cafe Grill highly enough. From day one Daniel made sure every little detail was covered for our day. There was no stress and nothing was a problem. This attitude reverberated on the day with Phoebe and her excellent staff that ensured everything was perfect.The food was outstanding, with the service to match. Add the excellent location and weather and our day was complete. We recommend Blackfish Cafe and Grill to anyone.
Booked 2 months in advance for a Christmas dinner . Recd a phone call by a staff member that our booking had been cancelled as they have a function on the sat night. So everyone that had a reservation had been cancelled. So in other words the manager thinks that he will get more money out of the function than everyone else that had booked. Terrible customer service to think we do not rate. Very disgusted in the owners attitude and to get his staff to do his dirty work for him.
Enjoyed a delicious panini with jack cheese, avocado, mustard and ham. The toasted sandwich had a lovely cheesy crunch and it was flavourful and filling.<br/ <br/ My little offsides enjoyed her sourdough toast.<br/ <br/ I'm heading back to try a few more things soon.

What a great place for a relaxed lunch. This was our first visit and we loved the delicious food and the amazing views. The staff were friendly and the whole place had a happy and chilled vibe.
Went here for the Fathers Day breakfast. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good! Great food accompanied by great views. <br/ <br/ Would definitely recommend this place
