Blackhawk Inn - Réservation de table

I approached a locked door with the "open" sign lit, and there were about 10-15 people inside. However, no one came to open the door for me. After waiting for about two minutes, someone else arrived and was promptly let in. This experience was very disappointing.

The restaurant is not open on Sundays, even though it says it opens at 10. I called to confirm and the person who answered was quite rude, yelling at me for calling before they opened. They really need to improve their customer service!

The staff is friendly, the beer is cold, and the food is great. I really enjoy the atmosphere, but the smoke can be overwhelming at times. If the place were smoke-free, it would definitely rank among the top five in the area.
