I had a disappointing experience with some wings and decided to call the restaurant. They offered to refund my money, but I asked if I could exchange it for a pizza instead. This was a few months ago, and I normally order online, but it wasn't working that day, so I called instead. I inquired about redeeming my free pizza, and they accommodated my request without hesitation. I was very pleased with their service, and we even gave the driver a generous tip. I appreciate that Blackjack stands behind its customers, and I want to thank them for honoring my free pizza offer!
We recently began ordering from Blackjack after seeing their boxes in our neighbors' trash, and we were curious about the hype. Wow, they have the best pizza chain ever! The location on 104th near Colorado consistently delivers amazing, fresh pizzas with a perfectly crispy crust. We haven't had a bad pizza yet! Thank you, Blackjack, for bringing back a pizza that's truly worth raving about!
I've had my pizza made incorrectly a few times, but those were just minor issues, like getting a hand-tossed crust instead of thick crust or having onions added when I specifically requested no onions. Aside from that, the pizza is consistently great for the price. The staff has always been pleasant as well.
