The Blacksmiths Arms

My wife and I went here for our 15th wedding anniversary. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and sat in the conservatory for our meal. Food was exceptional and beautifully presented. Can honestly say have not enjoyed a meal so much in a long time. Food and presentation were second to none. Well done to the waitresses and the owner for making our night a really special one. Will definitely be returning soon

I absolutely love this place! The food is always excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer great gluten-free options, too! I highly recommend sharing the meat platter and some champagne. As a seafood and fish enthusiast, I can confidently say their low-boiling dishes never disappoint. The cheese soufflé was the highlight of my meal—please bring it back!

We had an amazing evening at the Blacksmiths Arms, just like always. The meal was spectacular; the fish batter was incredibly crispy and not greasy at all! The service was impeccable, and the prices are very reasonable. We brought my mother here for her birthday, and she had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely meal last night, service was excellent from the minute we walked in, nothing was too much trouble and very attentive which is not always the case in many places. Food was high standard as ever and the decor is beautiful. Proud to have in our village. Sunday roast is best in the area too. Réservez une table maintenant

Lovely restaurant and atmosphere....service was excellent and the roast Beef Sunday dinner was perfect and really tasty. Because of the prices being a little higher than most places I would visit, this would be my choice for those special occasions.

This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and charming staff, but the service could definitely be improved. The food is top-notch, and overall, it has everything you could want. We will definitely be making this a regular spot!

The menu offers a great variety of gluten-free options. As a vegetarian, I always find several choices for myself as well. The staff is always happy to accommodate special requests. On top of that, the food is delicious!
