I was greatly disappointed with the scallops and risotto at this restaurant. The risotto had a mushy texture and the scallops were not seared properly, lacking color and almost tasting like they were boiled. In a rush to make it to a concert, I reluctantly tried the dish only to find the scallops rubbery and with a hint of a fishy, ammonia taste indicating they were close to spoiling. Our server was excellent and promptly resolved the issue, however, it resulted in me dining alone while my friends waited.
we drove to dinner by philly. the restaurant has not disappointed us. tiara was an excellent hostess. the appetizer-creb-dip was bombed. my bayo penne was filled with meaty all noodles and absolutely spectacular. the crab cake sandwich of my wife was full of crumb meat not filter. dessert was the cream de la creme.
Beautiful view of the harbor. Our waiter, Nathan, was a gem. Very friendly and made the dining experience feel like we were regulars. Try the Salted Caramel Vanilla Crunch Cake, it’s amazing and came highly recommended.
Server was very nice and friendly, but did not offer drinks on entry, took a long time between visits, everything was just very slow and disjointed. Food was great and everyone was pleasant though.

Good atmosphere Great food but as each restaurant tryâs to remain open they all struggle with staffing. Unfortunately it takes away from my experience.
Everything was amazing. From the time you walk in, until you leave, beautiful experience.
We were in town for a conference and had a great lunch! Will definitely return.
