Ordered and paid for the LOTA Burger New Mexico Style along with some onion rings and iced coffee. Went all the way back to work just to open my bag that contained a burger with one meat patty (not 2 patties that I paid for! , NO hatch green chili and NO cheese! I paid close to $12 and did NOT get the order I paid for. Called their UNM restaurant number but it just kept ringing and ringing. Total disappointment especially since I could not go back to have them fix it. I guess their quality control checker failed coz he did look inside my bag before he gave it to me. Also, they never give out receipts to customers. My first time ordering there- epic fail!
I personally like lotaburger. But this place needs to imprve their service. They forgot my order, did not ask my name, more than 5 customers behind me got theirs first and I had to wait 30 minutes til I found out they did not get my order in the que. They had me wait another 10 minutes for tracking down my order to get me the refund. I ended up late for my schedule, which is crucially important for me. Disappointing.
I work just across the street from this Blake's and live nearly next door. My family and I have been ordering takeout from here almost every month for the past four years. The staff are incredibly helpful and consistently go the extra mile to provide excellent service. We're going to keep coming back, and I encourage everyone to give it a try—you really can’t go wrong. The service was incredibly quick. The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was spot-on, served hot, and absolutely delicious. The fantastic green chili burgers are at their best when enjoyed right away. The shakes were also great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back.

I get breakfast here almost every morning that I have class. The workers are pleasant and professional and my order is almost* always right. It can be pretty busy in the morning and at lunch but I've never had a bad experience or an order so messed up it made me upset. Keep up the good work!
I live near Tramway and Indian School, and I specifically drive to this restaurant because they make the best burritos. They're quick, fresh, and served hot. Their green chile is incredibly spicy too! Overall, I had a fantastic experience—definitely a 10/10. Thank you for the amazing food!
Super friendly and speedy customer service!! That was the best lotaburger I've ever had in all my years of living in Albuquerque New Mexico!! Definitely will be stopping in again the manager and staff were super awesome!
Absolutely the best burritos ever. The morning crew is the best out of all lotaburger crews. The cook is the best always so nice and the other girls that work there are friendly and fast.
