Blaze 718 Jamaican And American

I ordered the goat curry served with rice and beans, along with some cabbage and asked for some plantains to add on. The woman at the counter was incredibly accommodating (I regrettably forgot to get her name). Once I got home and dug into my meal, I was blown away. The seasoning was just right, and the meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The gravy was definitely the highlight for me; I could really taste the depth of flavor. Great job, BLAZE718! I'm eagerly looking forward to trying the cow feet curry next. I highly recommend you give this place a try!

I have to say, this restaurant serves some of the most tender and flavorful oxtails I’ve ever had! I’m puzzled as to why it has received such negative reviews. The food is excellent, particularly the Rasta Pasta, and the staff is quite friendly—especially when you compare them to the numerous Jamaican spots in NYC where rudeness seems to be the norm. I did encounter a minor issue with my order, which is why I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of a full 5, but the staff resolved it quickly. Overall, I haven’t had any major problems here and I definitely plan to return.

Food was delicious. The jerk mango chicken had a nice sweet and spicy zang. The mac and cheese had the perfect amount of cheese: noodle ratio, not overly cheesy and not dry. The potato salad was pretty good, it tasted more like mashed potatoes with vegetables, it was not sweet not like im used to but it was it was really good. The small was a hefty portion as well, I highly recommend .

The only thing I like from here is the Blaze pasta. There was one time I ordered it and they didn't put enough sauce. That's the only time I had a bad experience. I only order delivery so I can not say about the restaurantFood: 4/5 Réservez une table maintenant

The food is truly incredible. I was recommended this place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The Oxtail Curry Goat was full of flavor and had just the right amount of spice; the portion size is worth every cent.

The Blaze Jerk Chicken Pasta is alright. It tastes as if the jerk seasoning was simply applied to baked chicken and then served. The pasta lacks flavor on its own and is overshadowed by the jerk rub.

My first time ordering I tried three different dishes, the oxtail was okay wasnt great the stewpeas was way too salty and I got 2 pieces of me in a large size however the pasta was really good.

Everything tasted great, and the portion sizes were just right. The only downside was the fish cake, which was a bit tough. Overall, I would definitely come back! Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered curry goat and roti through Uber Eats, and the portions were extremely small, making it not worth the price. I won't be ordering from here again!
