I suggest you bring in someone who's been there before to help you order. It was my first time, which I voiced to the person behind the counter, they weren't really helpful. Not sure if I had to tell them to add seasoning bc my pizza was really bland, there was just no flavor. The only person with good customer service was the person baking and handing out the pizzas which is why I'm leaving 2 rather than 1 star. Overall, the pizza was not worth the $18.
Since its inception, I've been a customer here for nearly ten years. The food is great, and I'll highly recommend the Red Vine Pizza and Veggie Pizza. They are sizable portions and it'll satisfy everyone, furthermore, I'll suggest asking for recommendations on either the customers or the pizza builder. All and all, it's great little spot, if one doesn't want Panda Express, The Habit, or Wing Stop. It's great to have other dietary options!
I visited the restaurant yesterday around 7 PM, and I think the hostess needs more training in customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting; she was busy chatting with a friend and simply asked if she could help me. It felt like she wasn't pleased to see us, even though the restaurant was completely empty. There was no warm welcome or friendly interaction—just a very negative attitude, as if she didn't want to be there.
I like Blaze Pizza but this is one of its worst locations.When I went in, there was a customer sort of in front of the employee taking orders blocking the way but not doing or saying anything. Just staring at the counter. Making things kind of uncomfortable.When it came time to take my order, the cashier was mumbling and I couldn't understand anything he was asking or saying. The food was delicious, and this pizza was quite unique. We ordered a regular pizza topped with their garlic mixture, which really enhanced its flavor. The service was excellent as well. However, it was a bit on the pricey side, and we had to wait about 45 minutes in line.
What's going on? I ordered a pizza, and it never arrived. I think the delivery person left it at the wrong address, and now you’re not responding. I expected better service from you.
One of my favorite pizza places ever, been coming here since it opened and it'snever disappointed! It's delicious, the service is great, and the restaurant is kept clean.

They’re nice but super stingy with the toppings and they don’t have the good ham here blazes quality is going down while the prices are going up.
