I have never seen people move more slowly or with less purpose than the three staff members here when they?ve got customers staring at them waiting to be acknowledged. Once the food finally came up and the milkshake was missing, the one girl looks atus like ?oh my bad I forgot? and started slowly shuffling to the shake machine. The chicken on my sandwich tasted watery? notjuicy, but like maybe it was waterlogged from improper freezing techniques. I will give them a second star though because thefries (which were kind of soggy) had fantastic seasoning. And they were not outwardly rude or anything, just incredibly slow anddidn?t ever look up to address the customers at the counter until they were done with their task, and two were just standingthere chatting while one made food and 3 customers were waiting to ask for condiments. It takes nothing to pause a sideconversation to take care of your dining room guests, or to look up from a to-go order and say ?I?ll be right with you,? but itwill go a long way towards getting repeat customers. The food is way expensive for what it is.
