The service was quite good, with friendly staff, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. We ordered birria, a pupusa, steak empanadas, and flautas. The birria had an odd smell, and the flavor didn't match what one would expect from this dish. The tortillas were soggy, and the consomme was pale and tasteless. The cheese used in the birria was the same as that found in the pupusa. As for the empanadas, they were unpleasant; the cheese was so overpowering that it completely masked the taste of the steak, making it almost nauseating. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I can say that the service was good and the staff were friendly. I ordered two tacos and a torta and ended up spending nearly $50, which was quite disappointing considering the positive reviews I've heard about this place. The tortillas were falling apart, and the steak and shrimp tacos had an unusual taste. I tried the torta al pastor, but the only flavor I could detect was from the beans. The fries were soggy and lacked any seasoning, and the portion sizes were quite small. I don't think I'll be returning; for that price, I'd prefer to eat somewhere else. Overall, I was really disappointed.

During a business trip, I tried Blessings for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! I had the beef tongue tacos, which were served in homemade tortillas alongside chips and salsa. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back before I head home!
